Having trouble logging in?

If you're unable to log in, your account may be in one of the following stages of our platform upgrade. Follow the steps below to check your status and get support.

We have recently upgraded our Commercial website for business customers, and all customers should now be migrated to the new website.


If you used the previous website:

You will have received an email from noreply@thegoodguys.com.au with your individual username, password, and login instructions. Look for the subject line: "Your Account Is Ready – Reset Password To Get Started". Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.


If you did not use the previous website:

Your access can be created and managed by your organisation’s Buyer Administrator. We recommend contacting them first to arrange your access.

If you cannot find your migration email, still have trouble logging in, or are unsure who your Buyer Administrator is, please contact our Support team by submitting an enquiry form.
