The Good Guys Commercial will provide you a tax invoice or dispatch advise, once your items have been shipped. If you need another copy, our team is happy to assist. We take our customer privacy seriously, and for this reason, docket and invoice requests can only be sent to the contact details provided for that order.
We will email/ SMS you a copy of your Tax invoice to the nominated email address or mobile number provided on your order once the goods have been shipped from our stores or warehouse.
Dispatch advice is set up to be shared with the end users of the products, where the goods have been paid by someone else. This is all you need for a record of the product(s) you have received.
At the time of setting up your account, the email address you provided will be sent a tax invoice, when your goods are tendered to your account. These invoices will show you the amount that needs to be paid on your 30-day trading account.

Your 30-day credit account is currently on hold. This may be because you've reached your credit limit and need to pay existing invoices to free up funds. If you're like to request a credit limit increase, please contact your account manager. Alternatively, your account may have overdue invoices that must be cleared before we can create new orders.
