The Active Carbon Filter - Twin Pack treats recirculated air in compatible rangehoods using activated carbon.
This Unilux accessory is designed for selected Chef Simpson and Westinghouse rangehoods that require carbon filtration to reduce cooking odours and airborne oils. The twin pack typically covers one complete filter change for rangehoods that use two round carbon filters making it suitable for regular replacement cycles in busy kitchens.
Activated carbon works alongside the rangehood's main grease barrier to help trap odours and airborne particles before air returns to the kitchen. The filter measures 200mm wide 278mm deep and 63mm high with a box weight of 1kg. Replacement is recommended every 3 to 4 months with frequent cooking.
