The Food Lab Electronic Dehydrator dries fruit vegetables herbs and jerky using six spacious trays and adjustable temperature settings.
Families and home cooks can prepare large batches thanks to the six tray design and adjustable shelf height which accommodates thicker slices and bulkier pieces. The transparent door lets you monitor progress while the fine food mesh tray accessory is included for smaller items.
The electronic timer can be set from 30 minutes to 19.5 hours in 30-minute steps switching off automatically at the end of the cycle. With 500W of power and horizontal airflow the dehydrator maintains consistent drying across all trays without needing to rotate them.
