The Sharp Pro - Stainless Knife Sharpner sharpens kitchen knives for everyday cooking tasks.
This compact kitchen tool fits easily into most kitchen drawers and is suitable for households that use a variety of knife types. Its safe suction base attaches securely to smooth surfaces like laminate stone glass or polished metal helping maintain stability during sharpening. The aluminium body is designed for lasting use and is best suited to standard kitchen knives with enough blade depth to guide through the sharpening edge.
The sharpener restores blunt edges quickly and can refresh the cutting points on many serrated and scalloped knives. It generally removes more metal per pass than a honing rod making it useful for older knives that need fast restoration. Light pressure and only a few passes help limit unnecessary blade wear.
Model KLSPP_R in silver comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
