The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo cooks pizzas up to 30cm in diameter using intense heat and precise controls.
This Breville pizza oven suits households looking for restaurant-style results from a compact benchtop appliance. Its 12 inch capacity is ideal for single large serves or smaller shared pizzas making it a practical choice for kitchens where space is limited. The seven preset modes and manual controls allow you to tailor each cook to different dough styles from Neapolitan to New York or frozen bases.
The oven reaches temperatures from 175 degrees C to 400 degrees C letting you achieve wood-fired style crusts in as little as two minutes. Element IQ technology and heat deflection design ensure even cooking across the base and toppings. Manual mode gives you independent control over deck and top heat which is useful for adjusting crust colour and topping melt. The stainless steel body and double glazed viewing window help retain heat and allow you to monitor progress.
Model BPZ820BSS in silver comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
